Under 18 A Custodial Parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor. Both the minor and the signing parent or guardian must provide a state or federal photo ID.

-Learner's permit or Driver's license
-Passport
-Birth certificate or Proof of guardianship.
Emancipated minors must provide documentation.
